Expense Tracker in Google Sheets
Small business owners and individuals will find this template extremely useful to keep track of their daily expenses and analyze their financial health.
Log of Expenses
The template contains a log for you to enter your daily expense details, including:
- Store Name*
- Payment Mode*
Fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are auto-fill/self-learning fields. You can select an already existing value or type in a new one. When you type a new value, that value will be recommended for future logs.
The tracker also contains a dynamic dashboard, to show you the spending summary at a glance. You can narrow down the timeframe by selecting the start and end dates for analysis. You can also customize the colors in the dashboard by using the theme feature in Google Sheets.
Google's Version History will ensure that you have a backup of this data at all times.
