Habits are tricky buggers because they’re fully formed actions that have been repeated so often that we don’t have to think about doing them anymore.

So how do you form habits that last?

One method is to track habits.


Jerry Seinfeld's Productivity Secret introduced us to something called Streaks.

And if you want to track habits, a simple system to track habits would help. Wouldn't it?

A friend saw this opportunity and built an Android app too!

Not very long ago, my brother asked me to build a diet tracker app for him using Glide. He wanted it to be customizable - he wanted to decide what he wants to track without reaching out to me every time.
